What are the early symptoms of peripheral lung cancer? Several early symptoms of peripheral lung cancer

Peripheral lung cancer is a common type of lung cancer. Perhaps you don’t know much about it, but this disease has seriously affected people’s lives and health. Some people think that the disease is incurable and are unwilling to receive treatment and lose their lives. So let us take a look at the early symptoms of peripheral lung cancer.

Peripheral lung cancer, also known as lung field type, refers to lung cancer that occurs in the bronchus below the lung segment and up to the small bronchus. The early symptoms of peripheral lung cancer include bloody sputum and cough: mostly bloody sputum, intermittent, and coughing up blood; cough: irritating dry cough is common.

The symptom of early peripheral lung cancer is fever. It is more common in patients with a slightly larger diameter of the cancer lesion. Unlike central lung cancer, the fever is not caused by inflammation, and general anti-inflammatory treatment is ineffective. However, indomethacin and corticosteroids can temporarily reduce fever, and fever reappears after stopping the medication. This is due to the necrosis of the cancer and the absorption of decomposition products. Therefore, we should pay special attention to the symptoms of fever. If it occurs, it is best to go to the hospital for some examinations.

Chest pain is also a common symptom of early peripheral lung cancer. It is limited to a certain part of the chest and shoulder, often without tenderness. Mild chest pain is not necessarily accompanied by pleural invasion, but severe chest pain is common in the late stage of the disease and is accompanied by extensive pleural metastases.

For many diseases, we must first understand its early symptoms so that we can find out whether we are sick in time. The above are the early symptoms of peripheral lung cancer that I introduced to you. I hope it can help you find out whether you are sick in time in the future life and receive regular treatment as soon as possible.
