What is uterine cancer? What are the clinical manifestations of uterine cancer?

Uterine cancer usually refers to endometrial cancer, which clinically includes cervical cancer and uterine body cancer. The most obvious symptom is that the patient will experience a significant increase in vaginal discharge and irregular bleeding. As the cancer cells spread and the tumor size increases, the patient will also experience abdominal pain, thigh pain, and waist pain.

Women need to bear great pressure from life and work in their daily lives, which makes them extremely nervous and prone to various diseases. Some women, when experiencing irregular vaginal bleeding, are told that they have uterine cancer when they go to the hospital for a checkup. So, what is uterine cancer?
1. What is uterine cancer ? Uterine cancer is usually a general term for cervical cancer and uterine body cancer. Most of the time, it mainly refers to uterine body cancer, which is usually called endometrial cancer. Its incidence rate among married women in China is relatively high.

2. Symptoms of Uterine Cancer
1. Increased vaginal discharge
After this disease occurs, there will be an increase in vaginal discharge. This is mainly because the patient's cancer cells will stimulate the cervical glands to a certain extent, causing hypersecretion of secretions. When it develops to a certain stage, the patient's vaginal discharge will also show some changes.
Some women may have purulent and bloody vaginal discharge, or vaginal discharge that is like rice washing water. And because the cancerous tissue continues to necrotize and fall off, it will also cause female secretions to have a distinct foul odor.
2. Irregular vaginal bleeding
About 80% of uterine cancer patients will experience irregular vaginal bleeding. This type of bleeding may only occur after sexual intercourse or defecation at the beginning.

Some women also experience bleeding when engaging in various physical activities or undergoing gynecological contact examinations. Generally, the amount of bleeding is relatively small at the beginning and can stop on its own, but if it develops to the late stage of cancer, heavy bleeding will occur.
3. Abdominal pain
This symptom usually occurs in patients with advanced uterine cancer. It is mainly caused by the compression of the female pelvic nerve by the tumor. This pain will also radiate downward, causing the patient to experience pain in the right thigh and lower back. If the cancer cells invade the rectum, the patient will also experience symptoms such as anal swelling and constipation.
