Does carton contain formaldehyde

Measurement method for manufacturing dimensions of corrugated boxes

The manufacturing size of the carton is the cutting size when making the box. The manufacturing dimensions are measured based on the compression lines on the unfolded box blank. The creasing roller on the slitting machine presses out a groove at the creasing line position, and the creasing line is the center line of the groove. The distance between the two pressing lines is the manufacturing size. The conversion of manufacturing dimensions into inner and outer diameter dimensions can be quickly accomplished through Table 2, but they also have their own measurement methods.

Corrugated boxes are divided into single and double in the manufacturing process.

Single-piece boxes are made from one page and are usually used for cartons with a smaller circumference. Double-piece boxes are also called two-page boxes. Some cartons have a circumference that is too large and have to be made from two pieces of box blanks. However, sometimes in order to utilize the leftover materials cut off during the production process, carton factories will also use two pieces to make a carton that is not too large, and sometimes even four pieces will be used. Compared with a one-page box, a two-page box has an additional joint, so there are some slight differences in the area calculation of the two.
