What are the common factors that cause fibroids

Many people in today's society suffer from fibroids. You may think that fibroids are not a serious problem, but you still need to pay attention to your health and not let minor illnesses get worse. Early treatment is important. Let's take a look at the common factors that cause fibroids.

What to do when fibroids grow

If the growth rate is fast and the size is large, surgery is recommended, either outpatient breast surgery or tumor surgery. Minimally invasive or surgical resection.

What are the dangers of not treating fibroids?

A fibroma is a benign tumor with well-differentiated fibrous connective tissue. It is common in young people. It is solitary. Most tumors are between millimeters and centimeters. It is painless. It is usually discovered accidentally. It is hard, well-defined, movable and grows slowly. It can occur in the subcutaneous tissue of various parts of the body, such as the breasts of young women. Tumors with adenoma as the main tumor are called fibroadenomas. Tumors with muscle tissue in the muscle are called fibromyomas. When multiple tumors occur, they are called neoplastic lesions, such as congenital systemic fibromatosis, which have a "benign" morphology. New lesions can also cause death when they occur in important organs. If they grow in the compression site of the sacrum, they grow rapidly. Large, erosive, ulcerated, hemorrhagic and malignant transformation. Desmoplasia (ligament-like tumors) are common in the rectus abdominis, neck, trunk and limbs of women. Without radical resection, it is easy to recur, but it does not metastasize, so it is called a borderline tumor. Fibromas that can be transformed into multiple fibromas are more common in subcutaneous tissue if they are not controlled in time. It grows slowly, is generally small, has clear edges, a smooth surface, and a hard texture that promotes growth. If mixed with other components, it will form fibromyoma, fibroadenoma, fibrolipoma, etc. Fibromas, especially hard fibromas of the abdominal wall muscles, are malignant and should be completely removed as soon as possible.

Patients with fibroids should also go to a large hospital for examination and treatment in time. Although this disease does not affect life, it also affects the absorption of nutrients. Experts use B-ultrasound examinations and give patients symptomatic treatment based on the size of the fibroids.

Patients must avoid excessive fatigue and combine work and rest. They can exercise more to enhance immunity, but exercise should not be excessive. Drink plenty of water after exercise to replenish the water lost through sweat. After a good rest, maintain a happy mood.

Let us first look at what are fibroids?

Fibromas are composed of well-differentiated subcutaneous connective tissue. They are common in adults aged 40-50 years old. The tumor grows slowly. When the tumor develops to a certain extent, it generally stops growing. It is a benign tumor composed of well-differentiated subcutaneous connective tissue. It rarely becomes malignant. The treatment is mainly surgical resection. It is more common in the subcutaneous and grows slowly. It is generally small, with clear edges, smooth surface, hard texture, and can be pushed. If mixed with other components, it becomes fibromyoma, fibroadenoma, fibrolipoma, etc. According to the age and location of onset, it mainly includes juvenile fibromatosis, cervical fibromatosis, infantile fibromatosis, infantile myofibromatosis, lipofibromatosis, etc. The age of onset is mostly between 30 and 50 years old, and it is also not uncommon in children and adolescents. Tumors can occur in large muscles in any part of the body, with the rectus abdominis of the abdominal wall and the aponeurosis of the adjacent muscles being the most common, and they are more common during pregnancy and late pregnancy. Those outside the abdominal wall are more common in men, and they are more common in the scapula, thigh and buttocks.

1. Soft fibroma

Softer fibromas have more connective tissue cells and fewer connective fibers, as well as more lymph fluid and blood vessels. This type of fibroma is called a soft fibroma.

2. Desmoid tumor

If there are more fibers and fewer cells, it is called a desmoid tumor, and there are fewer cell nuclei in each field of view under the microscope. The orientation of connective tissue cells and glial microfibrils in fibroids is random, which is completely different from the definite orientation of cells and fibers in granulation tissue during wound healing.

3. Others

If the connective tissue of a fibroma is mixed with mature fat, bone, cartilage or myxoid connective tissue, and the amount is less than half of the connective tissue, they can be called lipofibroma, osteofibroma, chondrofibroma and myxofibroma respectively. However, tumors mixed with bone tissue and myxoid connective tissue often have the potential to become malignant sarcomas, so attention should be paid.

Patients with fibroids should pay attention to eating in moderation, avoid eating raw and cold food, eat greasy food, avoid spicy food, and quit smoking and drinking. Keep warm and avoid catching a cold. Keep personal hygiene, take a bath and change clothes frequently. Pay attention to rest, avoid strenuous activities, and combine work and rest. Prevent excessive tension and fatigue: Excessive tension and fatigue can lead to metabolic disorders, fatigue and decreased resistance to disease, so it is very important to combine work and rest and arrange work and rest reasonably.
