Tell us what concerns you
If you believe material on KeepTo Fitness infringes your copyright, contact [email protected] or use the contact form with the copyright topic. Identify the material on this site and provide its exact URL, along with enough information to locate the work you believe has been used improperly.
Information that helps
Explain your relationship to the copyright owner and provide a way to contact you. Describe the original work and the use you dispute as specifically as possible. Avoid sending sensitive personal information beyond what is needed to communicate and evaluate the concern. The operator may need more information before deciding what action is appropriate.
Formal U.S. notices
For the requirements of a notice under U.S. law, consult 17 U.S.C. section 512 at the U.S. Copyright Office. A formal notice has specific elements and legal consequences. The published contact email is a general channel; this page does not represent that a designated agent has been registered or that a statutory safe harbor applies.
Review and follow-up
We will consider concerns in light of the material and available information. Submission does not guarantee removal, a particular outcome or a response by a specified time. Copyright law and procedures can be complex and vary by jurisdiction; consider independent legal advice if you need guidance on your rights or a formal notice. You can consult the Copyright Office resources directly to understand the distinction between a general report and a formal statutory notice.
