Our scope
KeepTo Fitness publishes practical fitness gear research and general training education for adults. We aim to explain what published information means for an ordinary buying or use decision, while making clear what it cannot establish. Articles are informational; they are not personal coaching, medical advice or an assurance that any equipment is safe for every reader.
Evidence and attribution
Writers use identifiable sources appropriate to the question, including manufacturer documents for model details and public health sources for general guidance. Manufacturer descriptions are attributed as claims, not treated automatically as independent proof. We identify relevant model, region and date limitations, because a specification or instruction may change between versions.
Independence and presentation
Editorial judgments should follow the evidence and the reader’s practical needs. No star rating or hands-on test is implied by a document review. Illustrations are visual context rather than proof of product appearance or performance. Current commercial arrangements are described in our advertising and affiliate disclosure pages.
Changes and accountability
We welcome specific corrections, missing context and reports of broken sources. We assess a report against the available evidence and update material errors when appropriate; an update may also explain an important change. See corrections for useful details to include and contact to reach us. We cannot promise a particular response time. A source may be revised or removed after publication, so readers should follow links and check the current material before relying on a detail for a purchase or setup decision.
