2. Basal cell carcinoma: There are often no symptoms at the onset. In the early stage, there are mostly hard plaque papules on the base, some of which are wart-like protrusions, and then they break down into ulcers, which are irregular, with raised edges and uneven bottoms, and grow slowly. There are very few metastases. First, translucent nodules with raised edges appear shallowly in the ulcer, and then gradually expand, which can invade surrounding tissues and organs and become invasive ulcers. Do not or try to avoid activities under the scorching sun. Workers who must work under the scorching sun should protect their skin. People who work with X-rays or thermal radiation should take good labor protection. Avoid direct skin contact with chemicals such as petroleum, asphalt, tar and arsenic. Actively treat chronic skin diseases such as ulcers, inflammation, burn scars, solar keratosis, seborrheic keratosis, white spots on the skin, etc. Regularly consume foods that have anti-cancer and anti-cancer effects.
