Cervical cancer is one of the most common gynecological malignancies and can be divided into carcinoma in situ and invasive cancer. The two types of cervical cancer occur at different ages. So, can flat warts cause cervical cancer?

Having flat warts can cause cervical cancer, because human papillomavirus is one of the causes of cervical cancer. Studies have shown that more than 90% of cervical cancers are accompanied by high-risk HPV infection, and flat warts are caused by human papillomavirus (HPV) infection. In addition, herpes simplex virus, human cytomegalovirus and fungal infections can also cause cervical cancer, which is quite harmful to your health.

Not only that, there are many other reasons that can cause cervical cancer, such as premature sexual activity, premature childbirth, and too many women. In addition, if a female has cervical erosion, laceration, or eversion, it will cause cervical injury and cervical cancer. It is also related to lifestyle habits. Women should exercise more in their daily lives, avoid sitting for long periods of time, and pay attention to the health of their cervix.
