How to exercise scientifically?

Second, the amount of exercise should be moderate and you should not over-fatigue yourself. Be careful not to exercise to the point of sweating profusely and becoming exhausted. If you have naturally very good hair and have no tendency to lose hair, then no matter how much you exercise, it will not have much impact on your hair.
