TCM standard treatment for stage 2 nasopharyngeal carcinoma

Nasopharyngeal carcinoma is a cancer that everyone is afraid of, but not all nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients are incurable. So, what is the standard treatment for nasopharyngeal carcinoma in TCM in stage 2? Nasopharyngeal carcinoma is divided into early, middle, middle and late stages, and late stages. 2. Treatment method: Promote Qi and blood circulation, soften and disperse nodules.

Prescription: 15g of Trillium, 15g of red Poria, 10g of Angelica, 15g of Carapax Trionycis, 10g of Fructus Aurantii Immaturus, 10g of Atractylodes macrocephala, 10g of Costusroot. You may add Bupleurum and Curcuma to soothe the liver, relieve depression and resolve stagnation. Add peach kernel and safflower to enhance the effect of promoting blood circulation, removing blood stasis and resolving stagnation.

3. Treatment method: harmonize the spleen and stomach, eliminate phlegm and resolve nodules.

Prescription: Tangerine peel 6g, apricot kernel 12g, Citrus aurantium 12g, Scutellaria baicalensis 15g, Trichosanthes seed 159, Poria 15g, Gallbladder nanken 15g, processed Pinellia 15g. For those with hard lumps in the neck, you can add horsefly, earthworm, safflower, peach kernel, zelan, etc. to break blood, remove blood stasis and disperse lumps.

4. Treatment method: Purging fire, detoxifying, resolving blood stasis and dispersing nodules.

Prescription: Bupleurum 15g, Angelica 10g, Chuanxiong 10g, White Peony 15g, Rehmannia 15g, Saposhnikovia 10g, Niuzi 12g, Scutellaria 15g, Gardenia 12g, Forsythia 12g, Pollen 15g, Licorice 6g. If the fire poison is very strong, it is advisable to add Sophora flavescens, Indigo, Bitterroot, Gentiana scabra, etc. to relieve the heat poison with bitter and cold properties.

5. Treatment method: harmonize the blood and nourishment, strengthen the body and eliminate evil.

Prescription: Chuanxiong 10g, white peony 15g, angelica 10g, Poria 15g, Rehmannia glutinosa 15g, dried tangerine peel 6g, Cyperus rotundus 10g, Platycodon 10g, Atractylodes macrocephala 10g, ginseng 15g, licorice 6g, kelp 15g, Fritillaria 12g, Cimicifuga heracleifolia 15g, safflower 10g, Prunella vulgaris 15g.
