1. B-ultrasound: This is a preliminary screening method for breast lumps, which can be used to determine the nature and location of the lump. However, it has poor recognition ability for lumps with a diameter of less than 1 cm. If this examination is performed alone, smaller lumps may be missed.
2. Molybdenum target examination: This examination clamps the breast on the support plate of the molybdenum target machine to fix the breast and obtain a clear image. It can detect some tiny tumor buds that cannot be felt by hand. If such examinations can be carried out every year, the mortality rate of patients can be reduced to 30% to 40%.
3. Ultrasound imaging: Ultrasound imaging is non-destructive and can be used repeatedly. Ultrasound imaging is more valuable for those with dense breast tissue, but its main purpose is to distinguish whether the mass is cystic or solid. The accuracy of ultrasound in diagnosing breast cancer is 80% to 85%. The strong echo band formed by the infiltration of the tumor into the surrounding tissue, the destruction of the normal breast structure, and the local thickening or depression of the skin above the mass are all important reference indicators for diagnosing breast cancer.
4. Infrared scanning: Shadows with multiple grayscale centers ranging from light to dark gray or even black can be seen on the monitor screen. They may be larger than the actual tumor, with unclear boundaries and irregular shapes. At the same time, they are accompanied by abnormal vascular shadows, which are thick, twisted and interrupted, and appear radial, strip-shaped, rat-tail-shaped or tadpole-shaped.
