In life, many people have the phenomenon of blood spots on their bodies, and they don’t know what causes it. If the degree is relatively mild, many people will mistakenly think it is an allergy, so they don’t take it seriously. Here I would like to remind everyone that blood spots on the body and allergies are two completely different things. If such a situation is not taken seriously, it will cause very serious consequences. So what are the blood spots on the body? Bleeding spots on the body are a condition of purpura. Idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura refers to thrombocytopenia without obvious exogenous causes, but most of them are due to increased platelet destruction caused by immune response, so it is also called immune thrombocytopenic purpura or autoimmune thrombocytopenic purpura. It is a relatively common hemorrhagic disease. The clinical features are peripheral blood thrombocytopenia, shortened lifespan, normal or increased number of bone marrow megakaryocytes, platelet-related antibodies detectable in the patient's blood, no other primary diseases or causes of thrombocytopenia, and spontaneous purpura or bleeding of the skin and mucous membranes. It can usually be divided into acute and chronic types based on its clinical manifestations, age of onset, duration of thrombocytopenia and treatment effects. The acute type is more common in children, with no gender difference, and most of them are accompanied by infectious diseases before the onset of the disease; the chronic type is more common in adults, especially young women, with the incidence rate in women being 3 to 4 times that of men, and generally no obvious pathogenic factors can be found. According to traditional Chinese medicine, idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura belongs to the category of blood diseases including purpura, myofasciitis and grape plague. The cause of thrombocytopenic purpura is related to the disharmony of qi and blood and the disorder of internal organs. "Suwen Baoming Quanxing Lun" says: "Humans are born with the energy of heaven and earth." "When the Qi of Heaven and Earth combine, they give birth to man," which means that man is matter and is created by the Qi of Heaven and Earth. The Su Wen Liujie Zang Xiang Lun also said: "Qi is born from harmony, body fluids complement each other, and spirit is self-generated", which further explains that human life activities are also based on Qi as the material basis. The Qi mentioned in traditional Chinese medicine refers to the essential substances that constitute the human body and maintain its vital activities, such as the Qi of water and grain, and the Qi of breathing. The second is the physiological functions of the internal organs and tissues, such as the qi of the internal organs and the qi of the meridians. The two are interrelated, the former is the material basis of the latter, and the latter is the functional system of the former. |
