Nursing diagnosis for right breast cancer

Breast cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in women. Early detection, early diagnosis and early treatment are recognized as effective measures to control the development of breast cancer, and are of great significance to improving the survival rate and quality of life of patients. Among them, early detection ranks first. So, what are the methods for detecting early breast cancer? The nursing diagnosis for right breast cancer is now explained to you as follows:

Self-examination of the right breast is the most basic examination. In addition, you can go to the hospital for related examinations. Imaging examination is an important method for diagnosing early breast cancer.

(1) Mammography;

(2) Breast ultrasound: This examination is economical, simple, non-invasive, painless, and more suitable for young women, especially pregnant and lactating women;

(3) CT: It has high resolution, is sensitive to calcified lesions, has accurate spatial positioning, and can clearly display the anatomical structure of the breast and various signs of lesions;

(4) Magnetic resonance imaging: It has a high sensitivity for diagnosing breast tumors, especially for small lesions, especially intraductal carcinoma, and its diagnostic value has been clinically recognized.

Clinically, breast cancer care mainly includes three categories, namely dietary care, psychological care, and exercise care. Dietary care is very important for patients after surgery. In addition to increasing calories, protein, vitamins, and inorganic salts should also be increased to promote tissue growth and wound healing. On the other hand, during the treatment of breast cancer, radiotherapy and chemotherapy are required. After most courses of treatment, the patient's digestive system will have adverse reactions, such as nausea, taste insensitivity, and decreased appetite, which will affect the amount of food intake, leading to nutritional deficiencies, decreased resistance, and is not conducive to normal tissue repair. Therefore, it is necessary to adjust the diet reasonably, avoid a single diet, and maintain a balanced nutrition.
