What to eat every day to prevent lymphoma

Tobacco and alcohol contain extremely acidic substances. If you smoke and drink for a long time, it will cause people to have an acidic body.

2. Try to reduce the intake of salty and spicy foods, and avoid eating overheated or spoiled food. The elderly or those with weak bodies and genetic diseases should eat some alkaline foods or anti-cancer foods appropriately.

3. Maintain a good attitude, actively deal with stress, and prevent excessive fatigue. Excessive stress can induce cancer. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that excessive stress can lead to a decline in human immune function, endocrine disorders in the body, and thus metabolic disorders. Therefore, those acidic substances will be deposited; if the stress is too great, it will also cause mental tension.

4. Irregular life and staying up late often will increase the acidic substances in the body and make it easy to get cancer. Develop a good living habit to maintain the weak alkaline balance in the body and prevent lymphoma.
