Patients with endometrial cancer may experience irregular vaginal bleeding due to the pressure of tumor growth. According to the symptoms, they can be divided into three types, namely liver depression type, spleen deficiency type, and kidney deficiency type. 1. Liver depression type

Symptoms: irregular vaginal bleeding, dark red in color, with blood clots, large amount, vaginal discharge of equal red and white color, sticky and foul smell, bloating and pain in the lower abdomen, fullness in the chest, irritability and dry mouth, short and dark urine, constipation, crimson tongue, yellow tongue coating, and rapid and stringy pulse.

Treatment method: Soothe the liver and resolve stagnation, clear away heat and detoxify.

Prescription: Danzhi Xiaoyao powder with modifications. Danshen 15g, Danpi 15g, Gardenia 10g, Bupleurum 10g, White Peony 15g, Angelica 10g, Plantago 15g (wrapped and decocted), Poria 10g, Alisma 10g, Trigonum 10g, Curcuma 10, Scutellaria barbata 15g, Gentiana 15g, Agrimoniae 15g, Rubia cordifolia 10g, Palm charcoal 10g, Herba Cynanchi 10g.

2. Spleen deficiency type

Symptoms: irregular vaginal bleeding, light in color and thin in texture, red and white vaginal discharge, sticky and thin like rice slop, fishy and unpleasant odor, accompanied by low back pain, fatigue, palpitations, shortness of breath, pain in the lower abdomen, poor appetite, frequent dreams, loose stools, pale red tongue, greasy white tongue coating, and deep and fine pulse.

Treatment method: Strengthen the spleen and replenish Qi, eliminate dampness and stop leukorrhea.

Prescription: Wandai decoction with modifications. Codonopsis pilosula 20g, Atractylodes macrocephala 10g, Atractylodes macrocephala 15g, White peony root 30g, Dioscorea opposita 15g, Cuscuta australis 15g, Tangerine peel 10g, Plantago seed 15g (wrapped and decocted), Poria 10g, Alisma orientalis 10g, Nepeta charcoal 10g, Sanguisorba officinalis charcoal 10g, Pueraria root 10g, Raw dragon bone 10g, Raw oyster 10g, Hedyotis diffusa 15g.

3. Kidney deficiency type

Symptoms: irregular vaginal bleeding, sometimes more and sometimes less, bright red in color, viscous, clear and thin vaginal discharge with a fishy odor, accompanied by backache and abdominal pain, dizziness, tinnitus, cold limbs, fever, night sweats, frequent urination at night, insomnia and dreaminess, loose stools, red tongue with little coating, deep, thin and weak pulse

Treatment method: Nourish the kidney and replenish yin, clear away heat and stop leukorrhea.

Prescription: Liangdi decoction with modifications. 15g of raw earth, 10g of ground bone bark, 10g of Scrophularia, 10g of Radix Ophiopogonis, 20g of white peony root, 10g of donkey-hide gelatin, 10g of yam, 15g of cornus, 15g of mistletoe, 10g of atractylodes, 10g of sea cucumber, 10g of fried sanguisorba officinalis, 12g of Poria, 10g of Rosa Laevigata, 10g of Polygonum multiflorum, 15g of Ligustrum lucidum, and 15g of Eclipta prostrata.
