What are the symptoms of endometrial cancer patients

Aunt Wang is 51 years old and is almost at the age of menopause. However, she has occasionally experienced irregular vaginal bleeding recently, and the amount of bleeding is not heavy. She did not take it seriously, thinking that it was menstrual irregularity caused by her old age.

1. Uterine bleeding: Irregular vaginal bleeding before and after menopause is the main symptom of endometrial cancer. Postmenopausal patients often experience continuous or intermittent vaginal bleeding.

2. Vaginal discharge: Patients may have a small amount of bloody leucorrhea in the early stage of the disease. Sometimes the discharge may be mixed with small fragments of cancerous tissue. If cervical pyometra occurs, the patient will show symptoms of fever, abdominal pain, and increased cystic cells.

3. Pain: As the cancer, bleeding and excretion accumulate, the uterus is stimulated to contract irregularly and cause paroxysmal pain, which accounts for about 10% to 46% of all uterine cancer patients and usually occurs in the late stage.
