1. Eat more soy products

2. Supplement beta-carotene

β-carotene is one of the carotenoids. It is converted into vitamin A in the body, which can protect the body from attacks by free radical molecules and enhance immunity. In addition, women's proper supplementation of β-carotene can play a role in preventing cervical cancer. Low intake of β-carotene is a risk factor for cervical cancer. Animal liver, eggs, spinach, rapeseed, lettuce leaves, pumpkin, etc. are all ideal foods and can be eaten frequently.

3. Supplement trace elements zinc and selenium

Zinc and selenium are essential trace elements for the human body, and they play an important role in the normal functioning of human body functions and the production and protection of immune cells. Scientific research shows that the occurrence of cervical cancer is related to the deficiency of these trace elements in the body, which can reduce the body's immunity. Under the influence of certain inducing factors or for some high-risk groups, the deficiency of these trace elements can easily lead to an increased incidence of cervical cancer and breast cancer.

The lack of zinc and selenium can be supplemented through food. Fish, lean meat, animal offal, eggs, beef kidney, pig kidney, and shrimp contain higher content, with eggs containing the highest amount of zinc. Plant-based raw materials that can be consumed include fungi, seaweed, sesame, peanuts, wheat germ flour, nuts, etc.
