Qi and blood deficiency syndrome Symptoms: pale complexion, weight loss, fatigue and weakness, pale nails, abdominal distension, dull pain in the chest and abdomen, abdominal mass, pale tongue or with petechiae and ecchymosis, thin white tongue coating, and deep, fine and rapid pulse. Chinese medicine treatment plan: Shiquan Dabu Decoction with modifications. 15g of raw Astragalus, 15g of Codonopsis, 15g of whole Angelica, 12g of stir-fried Atractylodes, 15g of Rehmannia, 15g of Poria, 15g of Polyporus, 30g of Millettia reticulata, 9g of roasted turtle shell, 12g of Lycium barbarum, 15g of Fritillaria thunbergii, and 9g of roasted pangolin.
