Lymphoma is a typical lymphatic tumor disease, which has the widest incidence among various cancers. Gastric malignant lymphoma is a common lymphatic cancer symptom. This gastric lymphatic lesion seriously affects the patient's gastric health and endocrine health. Let's have some basic understanding of the pathological symptoms of gastric malignant lymphoma. Primary gastric lymphoma (PGL) is a non-epithelial gastric malignant tumor that originates in the lymphoid tissue under the gastric mucosa. The diagnostic criteria for this disease are that the patient's clinical symptoms are single or mainly manifested in the gastrointestinal tract, and the lesions are limited or primary in the stomach. Appropriate examinations such as chest X-ray, abdominal CT, bone marrow examination and bilateral lymph node angiography are used to exclude the possibility of systemic malignant lymphoma secondary to the stomach. Early lesions of gastric lymphoma are mostly located in the lymphoid tissue of the submucosal layer, spreading between the mucosa and the muscular layer. When tumor cells proliferate and infiltrate extensively in the submucosal layer, the mucosa and the muscular layer can be separated. Due to the squeezing or infiltration of tumor cells, the mucosa becomes edematous and forms thick folds. If it continues to proliferate, it will form a protruding giant nodule, which can be single or fused into a giant mass. When the tumor develops to the middle stage and clinical symptoms appear, it rarely breaks through the mucosa. When the tumor invades the mucosa, it causes erosion, ulceration, bleeding or perforation. Malignant lymphoma lacks fibrous components and has a soft texture. It is not easy to cause obstruction when the tumor is huge. Primary gastric malignant lymphoma can occur in any part of the stomach, most commonly in the antrum, followed by the body, cardia, and pylorus. The tumor can grow singly or diffusely infiltratingly. The diameter of the tumor varies from 2 to 18 cm. The gross types can be divided into: ① nodular type; ② ulcerative type; ③ diffuse infiltrating type. Primary gastric malignant lymphoma can directly involve adjacent organs or the abdominal cavity, and metastasis to local lymph nodes around the stomach often occurs. Connor reported that the metastasis rate of perigastric lymph nodes was 52%, and a small number of patients may spread through the blood. The above is an analysis of the pathological symptoms of gastric malignant lymphoma. We hope that readers can pay more attention to gastric malignant lymphoma by understanding this type of lymphoma and take correct measures to effectively deal with the disease.
