This is the seventh cervical vertebra, and Dazhui is located in the depression below this point. Dazhui point is a commonly used acupoint for relieving exterior symptoms and reducing fever. When massaging the Dazhui point, it is recommended to push the spine at the same time. That is, use the tips of your index and middle fingers or the base of your palm to push from the Dazhui point straight to the coccyx from top to bottom. Push about 100-300 times and the effect will be significant.
