How to make fruit balls

In life, most people prefer to eat meatballs, such as fish balls, chicken balls, glutinous rice balls, etc., but in fact there are many types of meatballs, and everyone can choose different types according to their taste preferences. 1. Prepare the ingredients: 500 grams of glutinous rice flour, various fruits (choose your favorite ones), a packet of lotus root powder, and appropriate amount of sugar.

2. Operation method:

1. Add appropriate amount of hot water to glutinous rice flour and knead it into a soft dough, then roll it into even small balls.

2. Wash various fruits, remove the stems and skins, and cut into small cubes.

3. Mix the lotus root starch with cold water to make lotus root starch water and set aside.

4. Put water in a pot and bring it to a boil. Put in the dumplings and cook until they float, then add appropriate amount of sugar and dissolve them.

5. Keep the water in the pot boiling, pour the lotus root starch water into the pot in a thin line, stirring while pouring, until all is poured in, mix well and turn off the heat.

6. After it cools down slightly, put it into a bowl, sprinkle with diced fruits of various colors, mix well and serve.

How to make fruit and vegetable meatballs

Ingredients: 200g cassava flour, 40g water, 20g fruit or vegetable, 30g sugar

1. 20g each of four colors, dragon fruit, pumpkin, purple sweet potato, and green vegetables, add 10g of water and appropriate amount of white sugar, and blend them into juice in a blender

2. Then put one of the juices into the pot and boil it. It must be boiled. Then slowly add the boiling juice to 50 grams of tapioca flour. Be careful not to add it all at once. Add it slowly and stir with chopsticks. When you see that the flour has lumps, knead it into a ball with your hands. The successful dough does not stick to your hands. Add a little more tapioca flour to your hands and knead the dough with each juice.

3. After the balls are formed, cut them into granules with a knife. Boil water in a pot and put the balls in. The cooked balls will float up, then rinse with cold water. Be sure to soak them in cold water, so that they will be more chewy and have a better taste.

4. After the meatballs are finished, you can add egg syrup or coconut milk. You can choose to add coconut milk sago syrup.
