How long does it take for hip lifting exercises to be effective

Buttock-lifting exercises are actually very simple. There are many ways to achieve this effect. However, many people will take the approach of liposuction to lift their buttocks. This method will cause great harm to people's bodies. Therefore, unless it is absolutely necessary, try to choose aerobic exercise to improve it, such as yoga, gymnastics, etc. These exercises can allow you to exercise the muscles of your buttocks.

Liposuction can only be used to correct sagging buttocks due to excessive fat deposition. Liposuction buttocks lifting surgery requires making two 5 mm small incisions in the creases of the patient's buttocks and thighs, and then fat is sucked out separately. During the suction, special attention will be paid to the transition surface according to the patient's specific situation and the desired effect, in order to avoid leaving uneven or deformed shapes. This requires the doctor to have rich experience and superb aesthetic sense. Liposuction and buttock lifting depends on the situation. If the sagging is not caused by obesity, this operation is not suitable.

1. Liposuction of subcutaneous fat around the infragluteal fold. After fat removal, the local skin around the infragluteal fold adheres to the deep tissue, and the local skin appears to be sunken, while the fat above the buttocks is retained. Due to the relative contrast between the fat retained above the "depression" below the buttocks, it gives the feeling that the buttocks are lifted.

However, due to the heavy sitting position, there are more subcutaneous fat spaces around the infragluteal fold, making fat suction more difficult and the amount of fat suctioned is also limited. Since liposuction often results in suction errors and the fat spaces are dense, local skin depressions are prone to unevenness. The buttocks lift caused by this method is due to the contrast of the change in the amount of fat in the buttocks, giving people the feeling that the buttocks are lifted, but it is not a true buttocks lift.

2. Suspend and lift the buttocks soft tissue. This method uses sutures and other similar materials to pass under the skin and then lift and fix the sutures to achieve the purpose of lifting the buttocks. This method is too mechanical. Due to the elasticity of soft tissue and the rubbing of long-term local sitting, the suspension wire and similar materials can easily lose their suspension function. Therefore, this method is not mature and is not advisable.
