The correct way to massage your eyes

It is said that the eyes are the windows to the soul. Bright and energetic eyes will make the whole person look particularly energetic. Nowadays, no matter at work or in life, we face computers or mobile phones for a long time every day, which often leads to excessive eye use. Therefore, proper eye massage will help relieve eye fatigue, prevent wrinkles and protect the eyes.

The correct way to massage your eyes

Step 1: Use your middle finger and ring finger to apply a proper amount of eye cream, then start massaging in circles from the corner of the eye to the middle and outward. The skin around the eyes is thinner, so when massaging, the strength of your hands must be controlled to be very light, otherwise wrinkles will increase instead of being reduced.

step2: Press your temple with your ring finger and massage in circular motions. Gently massaging your temples can help boost your spirits, help your eyes regain clarity and brightness, and relieve eye fatigue.

step 3: Close your eyes, press the area around your eyes with the tips of your four fingers except your thumb, and then gently massage your eyeballs in a wave motion. This will help relieve eye fatigue. If you feel a little soreness in your eyeballs during massage, this is normal because massage puts pressure on the eyeballs and also helps blood circulation in the eyes.

step4: After cleansing, apply the facial cream evenly around the eyes. Then soak a cotton pad with warm water, place it over your eyes, and cover with plastic wrap for 2-3 minutes. This will allow the eye cream to be absorbed better and deeper.

Step 5: To remove fine lines around the eyelids, use your middle finger and ring finger to slide the fingertips on the lower eyelid, upper eyelid, and eyebrows to the end of the eye in turn. Do each set of movements 5 times to effectively improve fine lines.

Step 6: To remove crow's feet, use the middle and ring fingers to massage in circles at the corners of the eyes on both sides, following the skin texture, from the inside to the outside. This method can effectively improve crow's feet. You can choose to use massage cream, 2-3 times a week, 3-5 minutes each time.

strp7: To help relieve eye fatigue, use the middle finger and ring finger to draw a circular massage, and massage from the inner corner to the outer corner of the eye.
