3. How to use matcha

1. Matcha powder can be soaked in water and drunk, or made into matcha cakes, matcha ice cream, etc. It can also be used as a facial mask to whiten and remove acne.

2. Take 1-2 spoons of matcha powder and brew it with boiling water for a few minutes before drinking. Make an iced drink to cool down and reduce internal heat in summer: 2 spoons of matcha powder + appropriate amount of water + appropriate amount of rock sugar or honey for better taste.

3. 2 spoons of matcha powder + appropriate amount of milk or soy milk.

4. Squeeze the juice of an apple, add an appropriate amount of matcha powder, drink it once in the morning and evening, before meals.
