What to do if high heels hit your feet

What to do if high heels hit your feet

High heels are every woman's favorite and are also an item that can show charm and temperament. High heels can make a short body look taller, but they are not very comfortable to wear. Some high heels will hurt your feet. If you wear them for a long time, your feet will feel very sore. In severe cases, blisters will form. We should apply a hot towel to the surface of the high heels, and then use a hammer to repair and smooth the inappropriate parts.

1. Cover the part of the shoe that rubs your feet with a wet towel for a few minutes. Then take a dry soft towel to wrap the place where your foot is squeezed. Use a hammer to knock the part of the shoe that rubs your feet a few times to make it flat. Once the leather of the shoe becomes soft and flat, it will no longer rub your feet. 2. Take a piece of newspaper, crumple it into a ball, and dip it in water (not too wet, but make sure the whole ball is wet). Then take another piece of dry newspaper to wrap the wet newspaper, stuff it in the part that is squeezing your feet, then seal the shoes in a plastic bag and leave it overnight. That's it. 3. If the new shoes pinch your feet because they are too small, you may try to wet them with a wet towel and then use shoe wedges to stretch them larger so that they will fit your feet better. 4. Before putting on your shoes, take a piece of soap (or a normal candle will do) and apply a thin layer on the part that has most contact with your heels. This will make the heels smooth and will no longer rub your feet.

2. 1. Wine soaking method: Pour white wine into new shoes, shake them a few times, and put them in for about an hour before wearing them. The leather will no longer be stiff and the shoes will no longer pinch your feet. If your feet are hurt by the edge of the leather shoes, such as the heels, you can dry the wet wipes, then fully soak them in white wine, and fix them with a clip to the hurt part of the leather shoes. Leave it overnight, and your feet will no longer be rubbed when you wear them the next day. 2. Pressing method: If the edge of new leather shoes rubs your feet, you can cover the rubbed area with a wet towel for a few minutes to make it moist and soft, and then press it hard with a cylindrical object several times.

Press the area where your feet are rubbed smooth and flat, and your feet will no longer be rubbed. 3. Wedge palm method: If the new leather shoes pinch your feet severely, you can cover them with a wet towel, and then use shoe wedges to stretch them wider so that they will feel comfortable when you wear them. 4. Hammering method: If the soles of new leather shoes rub your feet, you can put them on the shoe crutch and hit them hard with a hammer to make the rubbing part smooth. Then it will not rub your feet anymore. If you don’t have a shoe crutch, you can use other iron tools instead.
