What to do if your child gets a bump when he kowtows

If a child gets a blister from kowtow, you can choose physical therapy or drug therapy, and make good follow-up treatment.

1. Physical therapy: If the child has a blister from kowtows but the skin is not broken and there is local bruising, you can choose local ice compress within 24 hours, which can constrict blood vessels, reduce swelling and pain. When applying ice compress, you can separate it with a clean towel or gauze to avoid local frostbite of the skin. After 48 hours, you can choose local hot compress to promote blood circulation, quickly absorb the symptoms of tissue fluid exudation, and relieve damage and bruises of subcutaneous tissue.

2. Drug treatment: You can follow the doctor's instructions and apply local drugs that have anti-edema and analgesic effects. If there is local skin breakage or redness and swelling, in order to avoid infection, you can take oral anti-inflammatory drugs, such as amoxicillin or metronidazole.

3. Follow-up treatment: If the child is young and accidentally hits his head and gets a bump, you should closely observe the child's mental state to see if he or she has vomiting, listlessness, drowsiness, etc. If the mental state is good, you should closely watch the baby to avoid further injury. If the mental state is not good, you need to go to the hospital for examination in time.

In daily life, babies should pay more attention to rest, ensure adequate sleep, and create a good sleeping environment.
