Insomnia remedies

1. Add 15 grams of aconite and 21 grams of dried ginger into water and boil them into juice. Remove the residue and take the juice all at once to treat insomnia.

2. Add 30 grams of red beans, 15 grams of peanut leaves, and an appropriate amount of honey to water and boil the juice. Remove the residue and drink it all at once. Take it before going to bed to treat insomnia.

3. Take 50 grams of white ginseng, mash it and pour it into a bottle, then pour in 500 ml of white wine, seal it for half a month, shake it once a day during this period, and drink 15 ml every day, which can effectively treat insomnia.

4. 40 grams of donkey-hide gelatin, 4 egg yolks, and 500 ml of rice wine or yellow wine. Boil the wine over low heat, then pour in the donkey-hide gelatin. After the donkey-hide gelatin is dissolved, add the egg yolks, add appropriate amount of salt, stir well, boil again and cool, pour into a clean bottle, once a day in the morning and evening, drink as much as you want, but of course don't drink too much at one time.

5. 25 grams of angelica, 25 grams of Codonopsis, and a cut pig's heart. Add water and steam all three together. Drink the soup and eat the pig's heart. This is suitable for insomnia patients with excessive sweating and guilty conscience.

6. Chinese date kernel porridge

100 grams of rice, 20 grams of dragon bones, 30 grams of oysters, and 20 grams of fried sour jujube kernels. Add water to dragon bones, oysters and Chinese jujube seeds and boil them into juice, then remove the residue and take out the juice. Wash the rice, add water to cook porridge, pour in the decocted medicine juice when the porridge is half cooked, cook until the porridge is cooked and thick, and eat it as dinner.

7. Ziziphus jujuba seed soup

6 grams each of Chuanxiong and Poria, 12 grams of Anemarrhena, 6 grams of Licorice, and 18 grams of Ziziphus jujuba seeds, boiled in water, can clear away heat and relieve restlessness, calm the mind and nourish blood, and treat insomnia, palpitations, irritability, dry throat and other symptoms.

8. Lily syrup

Lily is a food that calms the mind and can treat insomnia, dreaminess, and restlessness. Take 100 grams of lily, add 500 ml of water, simmer until cooked, add appropriate amount of sugar, stir evenly, and take in 2 doses.

9. Danshen Rock Sugar Water

Take 30 grams of Salvia miltiorrhiza, add appropriate amount of water, simmer for 20 minutes, remove the residue and take the juice, then add rock sugar and cook for a while. Take in 2 doses. In addition to treating insomnia, this soup also has an auxiliary therapeutic effect on chronic hepatitis and coronary heart disease.

10. Ganmai Dazao Tea

15 pitted jujubes, 20 grams of licorice, and 60 grams of floating wheat, wash them, add water and boil them. After the jujubes and floating wheat are cooked, pick out the wheat and licorice, drink the soup, and take it in 2 doses. It has a good calming effect.
