4. Hydrogen peroxide can be used for cleaning

If the menstrual blood stains have been there for a long time, it is difficult to wash them off with plain water. You can wipe the stained area of ​​the mat with 10% ammonia water or 3% hydrogen peroxide, then wash it with cold water after a while. If it is still not clean, wash it with 10-15% oxalic acid solution, rinse with clean water and dry it.

6. You can use ginger to scrub when cleaning

The ginger will loosen and break down protein stains as it rubs against the blood. For example, drop ginger water on the bloodstained part of the mat. After it is soaked, wipe it with a rag soaked in cold water, and then absorb the moisture with a dry cloth or paper towel.
