The harm of fake eggs

Fake eggs are artificial eggs that are artificially synthesized from other raw materials.

The main ingredients of fake eggs are sodium benzoate, resin, calcium chloride, coagulant, pigment, alum, lysine, and other chemical substances. The yolk is made of pigment and resin.

Note: Although these substances have little effect on the human body after entering it, eating too much will damage the stomach, and they have no nutritional value or benefits to the body. Long-term consumption will cause brain memory loss, dementia, etc.

When you are ready to distinguish real eggs from fake ones, you can gently tap the eggs with your fingernails. Real eggs make a crisp sound when tapped, while fake eggs make a duller sound. Tap a few more times and you can compare them by the sound.

The shell of a real egg is relatively smooth and feels better; the shell of a fake egg feels rougher. This is because of the materials used in the production of fake eggs, which are difficult to compare with real eggs.

Take the egg in your hand and shake it vigorously. A truly fresh egg will not make any sound or appear abnormal. However, fake eggs or eggs that have been stored for too long will make sound, which means the eggs are either expired or fake. When making the identification, it is best to take a few more eggs and listen carefully to the noise.

Real and fake eggs can be distinguished by their smell. Put the whole egg close to your nose and smell it. If there is a faint fishy smell, it means it is a real egg. If the smell is not obvious, you can open the egg and smell it again. Eggs without any smell are likely to be fake.

Crack the eggs into a bowl and see if you can easily separate the egg white and yolk. If you can separate the yolk and egg white clearly and easily, and the yolk can be rolled back and forth in your hand, it means it is a fake egg. The egg white of a real egg is thicker and the yolk is difficult to separate cleanly from the egg white. If the egg white and yolk merge together quickly after opening the egg, it means there is something wrong with the egg, because the yolk and egg white are made of the same raw materials and the egg is probably an artificial fake egg.

After the eggs are cooked, taste them and if they feel a bit like rubber when you chew them and have no egg taste, then there is something wrong with the eggs. Normal real eggs will not have unusual smells such as rubber.
