It can be treated with oral omeprazole, metoclopramide, and gastritis capsules.

Take some medicine appropriately, such as stomach-strengthening and digestion-promoting tablets or metoclopramide. Drink more warm water on weekdays to ensure sleep and do not stay up late. Eat more light foods, more vegetables and fruits, and avoid fried, grilled, spicy and irritating foods that are easy to cause inflammation.

There is no specific drug treatment for superficial gastritis. It is generally recommended that asymptomatic people do not need treatment, while those with symptoms can be given reasonable medication based on the relevant causes, pathology and clinical symptoms. Eliminating the pathogenic factors is the best way to treat and prevent chronic superficial gastritis. Therefore, you should avoid mental stress, quit smoking, limit alcohol consumption, try not to take medicines that irritate the stomach, and actively treat chronic tonsillitis, sinusitis, dental caries and throat infections. For superficial gastritis, it is very important to have a regular diet, eat more carbohydrates, proteins and vitamins, and reasonably match trace elements. It is also very important to strengthen physical exercise, communicate more with friends of the same age, and maintain physical and mental happiness.
