1. Excessive intake of high-protein, high-fat, and high-sugar foods

2. Drink coffee frequently

Studies have shown that coffee can increase the risk of pancreatic cancer by 4 times, and can also inhibit DNA repair and induce mitosis before DNA replication is completed, which is the main cause of coffee causing cancer.

3. Smoking

Smoking causes the carcinogen tobacco-specific n-nitrite to be secreted into the bile duct, which then flows back into the pancreatic duct. The organ-specific effects of tobacco-specific n-nitrite can flow into the pancreas with the blood, inducing carcinogenesis. Long-term smoking can also increase blood lipid levels and promote pancreatic cancer. Smokers are 2.5 times more likely to develop pancreatic cancer than non-smokers.

4. Helicobacter pylori (HP) infection

Helicobacter pylori is not only the main cause of gastric cancer, but related studies have shown that HP serum is positive in pancreatic cancer patients, which is significantly different from the control group, suggesting that HP infection is related to pancreatic cancer.
