What to pay attention to in diet

1. Eat less dark foods . Light-colored foods such as milk, eggs, tofu, and fish can easily lead to the excretion of melanin and reduce the burden on internal organs. Therefore, you should eat less dark-colored foods and drink less beverages, such as strong tea, cola, coffee and chocolate. 2. Try not to eat fried food. Fried food not only makes you fat easily, but the oxides contained in it will accelerate skin aging. Therefore, you should eat less of it. If you really can't help it, you might as well supplement some foods rich in vitamin E before eating to resist aging, such as pumpkin, rubber, spinach, carrot, whole wheat bread, peanuts, sesame, brown rice, etc.

3. Eat less photosensitive fruits and vegetables . Photosensitive foods can easily make the skin darker, because they are rich in metal elements such as copper, iron, and zinc. These metal elements can directly or indirectly increase the amount and activity of substances such as tyrosine, tyrosinase, and dopamine quinone related to melanin production. Eating more of these foods will make the skin more vulnerable to ultraviolet damage and darken or develop spots, so you must consume them in moderation.
