1. Hot water soaking method: Wash the raw chestnuts and put them in a container, add a little salt, immerse them in boiling water, and cover the pot. After 5 minutes, take out the chestnuts and cut them open, and the inner skin will fall off along with the chestnut shell.

2. Refrigerator freezing method: After the chestnuts are cooked and cooled, put them in the refrigerator and freeze them for two hours. This way they can be peeled quickly and the chestnut meat will be intact.

3. Microwave heating method: Cut the shell of the raw chestnuts with scissors, heat them in a microwave at high temperature for 30 seconds, and the inner skin and chestnut meat will automatically separate.
