In addition, you can soak your hands in warm water for 10 to 15 minutes when washing your face in the morning, and use the other hand to knead the joints, which can effectively relieve morning stiffness; if you have time, you can do it again before going to bed at night; patients with swollen and painful feet can take a foot bath in the same way every night.
