Everyone's sleeping posture is different, but everyone will choose the most comfortable one, because only when we sleep comfortably can we feel that we have enough rest time, and we can have energy to study and live the next day. But sometimes our sleeping posture is incorrect, which will lead to poor rest at night and even nightmares. So what does it feel like to sleep with your hands on your chest?

You may have these 9 diseases
