How to remove the black marks on the legs

How to remove the black marks on the legs

Everyone wants their legs to be white and tender. Even if they are not white and tender, they should be flawless. Especially in the hot summer, when female friends need to show their legs, if they find some flaws on their legs at this time, it will be a very sad thing. Some women have found some black marks on their legs. So how should these black marks be removed?

1. How to remove black marks on legs

1. Mix white vinegar and glycerin in a ratio of 5:1. Apply it to the skin frequently to moisturize the skin and reduce melanin deposition. After one month, the skin will be delicate, white, tender, clean, smooth and elastic. Pay attention to maintaining a regular schedule, drink plenty of water, and avoid spicy and irritating foods.

2. Massage to remove scars. Use the base of your palm to rub the scars three times a day, each time for 5-10 minutes. This method is most effective for wounds that have just shed scabs, but is less effective for old scars.

3. Lavender essential oil is not very effective for new scars or scars older than 8 years, but it is more effective for scars that are one to two years old. In addition, you should always be especially careful when using essential oils. When applying essential oils to scars, be sure not to apply them to skin without scars.

2. A variety of pigmentation

The colour of human skin is caused by the interaction of many factors. Skin pigments can be roughly divided into two categories: one is produced by the body, called endogenous pigments; the other is external, called exogenous pigments, which mainly come from drugs, food and foreign objects. There are many colors of pigmentation, including blue, gray, etc., but dark brown is the most common.

3. Causes of pigmentation

1. Genetic factors: Representative diseases include freckles, seborrheic keratosis, neurocutaneous melanosis, and pigmented intestinal polyposis syndrome. The pigmentation of this group of diseases is localized.

2. Metabolic factors: Wilson's disease, hemochromatosis, etc. Pigmentation is mostly systemic and diffuse, with no obvious boundaries.

3. Endocrine factors: Addison's disease, certain pituitary tumors, long-term estrogen treatment, pregnancy and chloasma, etc.

4. Malnutrition: kwashiorkor, pellagra, vitamin B12 deficiency, etc.

5. Chemical and drug factors: certain anti-tumor and anti-immune drugs, anti-malarial drugs, tar, asphalt, anthracene oil and other hydrocarbons.

6. Physical factors: mechanical trauma, ultraviolet rays, certain radiation, chronic itching, scratching and friction, etc.

7. Inflammation and infectious diseases: chronic skin inflammation, etc.
