The best way, of course, is not to stay up late and go to bed early at night. Only by ensuring that you get enough sleep can you ensure that you have enough energy to cope with the next day's work. When you wake up in the morning, don't lie in bed. If you like to lie in bed every time, you will always feel that you are about to be late, so you hurriedly get up, wash your face, brush your teeth and rush to the company. This habit is very bad, so don't learn from me.

Don't eat greasy food before going to work, it is better to eat light and nutritious food. Because greasy food will increase the burden on the stomach and intestines, affect the blood supply to the brain, and thus cause drowsiness. Therefore, for us office workers, it is best to eat protein-rich products such as eggs, milk, and lean meat. No wonder I always wanted to sleep even though I didn’t stay up late before.

You can buy a bottle of essential oil and keep it with you. Essential oil can relieve stress and stimulate the brain. When the stuffy air makes you feel dizzy and unclear, you can choose to smell leaf essential oils such as lemongrass or camphor and rosemary essential oils with cool smells to freshen the air around you.

In this regulation process, the blood can be replenished to meet the needs of the body, and the sleepiness will be driven away by us. Well, I will stretch more often every day when I wake up.
