The production process of ground soap is very complicated, and the labor cost is also very high. Some stores are unwilling to make it. The shelf life of handmade soap is generally about one year, but some people like to use expired handmade soap. They think that the longer the ground soap is, the more it can moisturize the skin. However, if it becomes rancid and deteriorated, it must not be used. So what are the methods for making ground soap? First, what are the methods for making ground soap? Ground soap is reprocessed on the basis of mature handmade soap. It is divided into hot process and cold process. Although the hot process takes less time, it does not retain as many nutrients as the cold process (also known as southern French grinding). For finished handmade soaps with damaged edges, failed shaping, or cold conditions, grinding and remaking is the best method. Second, calendula pure olive milled soap. The made and mature pure olive soap with marigolds is exposed to cold because it is taken out of the mold during the transition from winter to spring. Although it does not affect its use and effect, its shape is damaged, so it is just right for making ground soap. .Shave the mature soap into shreds, the finer the better. If it is not fine enough, you can crush it again in a mortar. The additives can be any one of milk, goat milk, breast milk, purified water, hydrosol, and oil. The ratio is 10%-20%. Third, you can use hydrosol. Put the calendula hydrosol into a spray bottle, spray it into the soap, and stir evenly. Cover with plastic wrap and let it sit for 24 hours before kneading it into a ball. The size of the ball can be any, but if it is too big, it will be difficult to dry, and if it is too small, it will be difficult to grind again. Knead it into a ball, wait for about a week to dry, then repeat the above steps and grind it several times. It is also possible to grind only once. I added hydrosols to the first two grindings, so I won’t repeat this step. What are the methods for making ground soap? Flatten the kneaded balls so that they are easier to dry. Grind again after drying. This is my third grinding, adding 10% of the soap weight of marigold infused olive oil and petals. Mix well and knead into glutinous rice ball shape. After shaping, you can stamp it with a beautiful soap seal, or you can leave it without decoration. Ground soap is not suitable for being put into flower molds again and is not easy to shape, so it is most convenient to roll it into balls. Wait to dry, done! |
