Feet sweating in bed in winter

Feet sweating in bed in winter

In winter, people generally prefer to hide in bed because the weather is really cold. Lying in bed can make people feel warmer. However, some people may find a problem after lying in bed in winter, that is, their feet often sweat. Why do feet sweat in the quilt in winter? People should understand the causes so that they can better solve the problem.

This condition may be caused by kidney deficiency.

What is Kidney Deficiency

"Kidney deficiency" is a unique theory in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Broadly speaking, almost all physical illnesses can be attributed to "kidney deficiency". According to Chinese medicine, the kidneys store essence, control water, control bones, absorb air, open up to the ears, and control urination and defecation. Generally, problems with these functions are caused by kidney deficiency.

Kidney deficiency can be divided into two categories: kidney yin deficiency and kidney yang deficiency. The symptoms of kidney yin deficiency include sore waist and knees, dizziness, tinnitus, insomnia, hot flashes, night sweats, dry throat and red cheeks, red tongue with little fluid, and thin pulse. You can take Liuwei Dihuang Pills, Zuogui Pills and other medicines.

What are the causes of kidney deficiency?

Traditional Chinese medicine believes that kidney deficiency is mostly a long-term accumulation of diseases. Do not rush to achieve results by taking tonic medicines, or use kidney-tonifying and aphrodisiac drugs with unknown ingredients. Instead, you should adjust your body slowly. It is recommended to use the Chinese medicine prescription Gan Yuan Tang for conditioning. Gan Yuan Tang is a classic Chinese medicine prescription. Most of its ingredients are medicinal materials that can be used as food as well as medicine. It has few side effects and has a good therapeutic effect on symptoms such as impotence and premature ejaculation caused by kidney deficiency. It can also be ground into powder and made into tea.

1. It is mostly caused by excessive sexual intercourse or frequent masturbation among teenagers.

2. Worry and depression will damage the heart and spleen, and will affect the Yangming Chong meridian.

3. Fear will damage your kidneys. Fear will damage your kidneys.

4. The liver governs the tendons, and the genitals are the gathering place of the tendons. If one's emotions are frustrated, and one is worried, depressed, and angry, the liver will fail to release the tendons, and the tendons will become powerless.

5. Dampness and heat flow downward, causing the tendons to relax.

Symptoms of Kidney Deficiency

Symptom 1: Fear of cold and cold limbs

"Cold fear" refers to the feeling of being afraid of cold and wind. "Cold limbs" refers to the symptoms of cold hands and feet, even cold elbows and knees. "Fear of cold and cold limbs" is often accompanied by symptoms of kidney deficiency such as sore waist and knees, fatigue, shortness of breath, laziness to speak, and bland mouth without thirst.

Symptom 2: Backache, leg pain, frequent urination and urgent urination

Sitting in a car for a long time with a stiff body, coupled with the mental strain of driving, will eventually cause qi stagnation and blood stasis and eventually lead to kidney deficiency.

Symptom 3: Excessive sexual intercourse

Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the kidneys store essence. Kidney essence generates kidney yin and kidney yang, which nourish and warm the internal organs. Kidney Yin and Kidney Yang are interdependent and restrictive in the human body, maintaining the physiological balance of the body. If this balance is disrupted or one side declines, pathology will occur, and men will suffer from symptoms such as impotence, premature ejaculation, spermatorrhea, and semen disease.

Symptom 4: Low back pain

The root cause of low back pain is kidney deficiency, which can be divided into internal injury and strain. Internal injury of kidney deficiency generally refers to that caused by congenital deficiency, long-term illness or excessive fatigue. In mild cases, it is difficult to bend or stand upright, while in severe cases, heel pain, waist weakness, etc. Strain refers to excessive physical burden, or long-term work in the same fixed posture (using a computer, driving, etc.), which will damage the kidney qi and lead to insufficient kidney essence over time.

Symptom 5: Dizziness, weakness, insomnia and dreaminess

As one of the important organs in the human body, the kidney nourishes and warms other organs. If other organs are ill for a long time, the kidney will be easily damaged. Patients with many chronic diseases such as chronic hepatitis, coronary heart disease, bronchial asthma, hypertension, etc. are often accompanied by symptoms of kidney deficiency.

Symptom 6: Asthma

The kidneys have the function of "absorbing air". Because kidney deficiency cannot absorb air, it will cause wheezing and shortness of breath, exhaling more than inhaling, making you feel difficult to breathe freely. In severe cases, asthma may also be accompanied by symptoms such as increased breathing and cold sweats.

Symptom 7: Dizziness and tinnitus

Many people have experienced the feeling of dizziness. The feeling of blurred vision, spinning head, nausea and vomiting is not pleasant. Dizziness patients are often accompanied by tinnitus, which impairs hearing. If it continues for a long time, it may even lead to deafness. The causes of dizziness and tinnitus are mostly related to the liver and kidneys. Traditional Chinese medicine says that "the kidneys store essence and produce marrow, and the marrow gathers to form the brain", so kidney deficiency can lead to insufficient marrow, malnutrition of the brain, and symptoms such as dizziness and tinnitus.

Symptom 8: Nocturnal polyuria

Generally, the number of nocturnal urinations is more than 2 times, or the urine volume exceeds 1/4 of the total daily volume. In severe cases, nocturnal urination occurs once an hour, and the urine volume is close to or exceeds the daytime urine volume. This situation is called "nocturnal polyuria." Normal urination during the day but frequent urination at night is the characteristic of this disease, which is mostly caused by weak kidney qi.

Symptom 9: Constipation

People with constipation often suffer from anal fissures, hemorrhoids and other symptoms due to difficulty in defecation, which affects their work and life and makes them miserable. Although constipation is a dysfunction of the large intestine's conduction function, its root cause is kidney deficiency. Because the kidney opens up to the two yin meridians and controls defecation and urination, the conduction of stool can only function normally through the stimulation and nourishment of kidney qi.

What are the treatments for kidney deficiency?

1. Practice Tai Chi regularly

It is best to practice Tai Chi in the early morning in a park with fresh air, under a tree, or by the water.

2. Massage your waist every day

Rub your palms together until they are warm, then place them on both sides of your waist, with your palms facing the skin, and massage your waist up and down until you feel warm. Once in the morning and once in the evening, about 200 times each time.

3. Rub the soles of your feet every day

After rubbing your hands together to warm them up, rub the sole of your right foot with your left hand and the sole of your left foot with your right hand. Do this once in the morning and once in the evening, rubbing 300 times each time.

4. Do anal contraction exercises every day

Relax your whole body and breathe naturally; when exhaling, contract your anus and when inhaling, relax. Repeat about 30 times.

5. Do a set of simple gymnastics every day. If you have time, you can do it several times in a row.

(1) Hold your breath, gradually stand up, let your hands hang down, and gradually clench your fists.

(2) Stand with your feet parallel and shoulder-width apart. Look straight ahead. Let your arms hang naturally, with your palms resting on your trouser seams and your fingers open naturally. Lift your heels and breathe continuously for 9 times.

(3) Exhale, stand upright, twist your arms outward with your fists facing forward, and squeeze your soft ribs with your elbows from both sides. At the same time, lift your body and heels upward, and tighten your anus, and breathe.

(4) Place your heels on the ground, inhale, slowly bend your knees and squat down, gradually turn the backs of your hands forward, with the base of your thumb facing your ankles; when your hands are close to the ground, squeeze them into fists with a little force (as if you are grabbing something), and inhale deeply.

The kidney governs the bones, the liver governs the tendons, and the flavor is yin, which is generally attributed to the internal organs. It can benefit the yin of the two organs, and therefore benefit the tendons and bones." "Jia Ku Ben Cao" believes: "Sea bass is pleasant to eat, and it is especially good as grasshopper." It is suitable for those with liver and kidney yin deficiency, or spleen deficiency and weak stomach.
