What’s going on with the densely packed pimples on my sweat pores?

In life, if there are many densely packed bumps on the sweat pores, it not only makes people look uncomfortable, but also affects their appearance. What is going on in this situation? Keratosis pilaris is a hereditary skin disease, which is generally closely related to fat metabolism. However, keratosis pilaris has no impact on life, but only affects a person's appearance. It usually appears on the outside of a person's limbs and looks particularly rough.

The cause of the hair on the legs not growing

What should I do if the sweat hair on my legs doesn't grow and there are black spots? This curling phenomenon may be caused by keratosis pilaris, which we often call chicken skin. Keratosis pilaris is usually caused by a lack of vitamin A. Low humidity, dry air, and certain irritants such as tar and oil may also cause the disease. Due to keratinization at the opening of the sebaceous gland duct of the hair follicle, the so-called "keratin plug" is formed, which will cause the pores to be blocked after hardening.

However, unlike the pores on the arms, the legs have larger pores and grow leg hair. Therefore, if the keratosis pilaris on the legs occurs, small red and black spots will appear and affect the growth of leg hair.

Keratosis pilaris is neither painful nor itchy, and does not cause any lesions, so many people do not care too much about it even if they have this problem. But for women who love beauty, it is a big deal. Because it is common in people between adolescence and 40 years old, and will gradually subside with age, but the period of high incidence is also the stage when people care most about their appearance. Some patients feel that they look ugly, so they wear long sleeves and long pants even in hot weather to cover up the unnecessary embarrassment. Even worse, people may mistakenly think that the bumps are blackheads or pimples and want to get rid of them as soon as possible, so they squeeze or scratch them with their fingers, causing more serious inflammation and pigmentation.

Gentle exfoliation patients can use exfoliating bath products such as scrubs, exfoliating brushes, loofahs, etc. Moderate exfoliation can help this disease to a certain extent, but excessive exfoliation will cause skin damage. Excessive friction will not only hurt the skin, but also make the stratum corneum thicker. Therefore, exfoliating once or twice a month is sufficient.

The frequency of using scrub is about once every other day. Excessive use will damage the skin. Apply the medicine after taking a bath and before going to bed every day. Just apply two bottles at most and your skin will become very smooth. The effect is very good.

For external application of retinoic acid ointment, you can go to the pharmacy and buy retinoic acid cream, the yellow one, which is available in large pharmacies. This inhibits keratin production and can be used to treat ichthyosis. After bathing and scrubbing your body, apply this to the affected area. Massage until absorbed. At the beginning of the treatment process, you need to take medicine every time.

Note: If redness, peeling, dryness, itching, pain, etc. occur after using retinoic acid ointment, please stop using it immediately.

Do not squeeze or irritate the black spots. It may make people want to "get rid of them as soon as possible", but squeezing, scratching, and picking with your hands will cause edema of the tissues around the pores, making the pore openings smaller and more easily clogged, causing acne and folliculitis, and preventing the leg hair from growing again. If scratched, it will cause inflammation and pigmentation. So don't scratch or scratch.

Some friends particularly like to remove leg hair. In fact, whether shaving the legs or using depilatory cream will cause irritation to the skin of the legs. If you find that chicken skin and black spots have appeared on your legs, it is best to stop removing leg hair to reduce irritation to the skin of the legs.
