15 grams of bergamot and 50 grams of polished rice. Remove the residue from the citron juice, add appropriate amount of polished rice and water to cook porridge. 5. Cardamom porridge

10 grams of nutmeg, 10 grams of ginger, and 50 grams of glutinous rice. First cook the rice into porridge. After it boils, add nutmeg and ginger, and then cook it into porridge. It can regulate qi, relieve pain, dispel cold, and treat acute pancreatitis with cold symptoms.

6. Pig Pancreas Powder

Roast the pig pancreas over a low fire until dry and grind it into powder. Divide it into capsules and take it several times a day. It contains a variety of pancreatic enzymes, which can act as a replacement therapy and is effective for patients with indigestion and steatorrhea.

7. Hawthorn lotus leaf tea

30 grams of hawthorn; 12 grams of lotus leaf. Add 2 bowls of water to the above two medicines, boil until 1 bowl remains, remove the residue and take in divided doses. It can promote digestion and aid digestion, and can treat indigestion caused by chronic pancreatitis.
