Why do hard bumps grow on the chin? Can they be removed?

We often see some people having pimples on their chins, the kind that are very hard and big. This skin problem troubles many people and they don’t know what to do. It keeps coming back and no matter whether it’s oral medication or external ointment, it’s of no use. I’ve also had physical examinations and adopted a light diet. It worked a little at first, but once I stopped using it, a lot of pimples immediately grew back on my chin, which is very distressing. So what should I do if I have hard pimples on my chin?

What causes hard pimples on the chin? The hard pimples on the chin may be caused by the following situations:

1. Inflammation.

The inflammations are all relatively large, and in severe cases there may be a large growth. They feel hard at first, and then slowly turn red. When they are ripe, they can be squeezed. What comes out is usually pus and blood. If there is white residue, the white residue must be squeezed out, and the pus and blood must be squeezed out as cleanly as possible, otherwise it will leave deep acne marks.

2. Hyperplasia.

Hyperplasia is the flesh that grows after long-term acne, which is difficult to remove. It also feels hard to the touch and generally does not turn red, being the normal skin color.

Whether it is inflammation or hyperplasia, it is actually a symptom of acne. So what is the cause of acne on the chin?

1. Endocrine problems.

Hormone imbalance, excessive secretion of male hormones in women or excessive secretion of female hormones in men may cause acne on the chin.

2. Dietary problems.

Some people eat cold things, or eat cakes, drink milk tea and other cream-related things, which can also cause acne on the chin. Cold food can stimulate the reproductive organs, causing their contraction function to deteriorate and leading to hormonal imbalance.

3. Skin problems.

Because the skin is oily and lacks water, excessive secretion of oil will cause the pores to become clogged. If it is not cleaned in time, it will combine with the dirt on the face to form acne.

4. The problem of toxins in the body.

Long-term accumulation of toxins in the body puts tremendous pressure on the body's detoxification system, making it impossible to excrete them, thus causing endocrine disorders. Another situation is that acne is caused by toxins produced by drugs or cosmetics.

5. The problem of mites.

Mite infection can cause acne, and the residues left behind by the mites may cause hard bumps on the chin.

After knowing why pimples appear on the chin, we need to find the right remedy. Here are some ways to relieve pimples on the chin:

1. Change your eating habits.

Eat less cold and spicy food, and try to eat less cream and other foods. Eat more light food and more fresh vegetables and fruits, and start to regulate from the inside.

2. Detoxify your body regularly.

You can drink a cup of light salt water every morning, or you can drink some Changrun tea or yogurt to help excrete toxins from your body.

3. Clean your skin every day.

Wash your face at least three times a day, use a high-cleansing facial cleanser if possible, and apply some anti-mite ointment before going to bed. Choose good cosmetics and use makeup remover to remove them before washing your face.

5. Regulate endocrine.

If possible, drink a cup of soy milk every day, because soy milk can regulate hormones. In addition, you should go to bed early, because after 11 o'clock, the organs in the body start working, and going to bed late may affect the detoxification of the organs, leading to toxin accumulation, which in turn causes endocrine disorders.
