I can't wear contact lenses

I can't wear contact lenses

In life, many people don’t like to wear frame glasses, because wearing frame glasses is particularly troublesome, and frame glasses are particularly prone to fog in winter. At this time, everyone will choose to wear contact lenses, but for novices who wear contact lenses for the first time, they dare not put the lenses into their eyes and cannot master the correct way to wear glasses. So what should I do if I can’t wear contact lenses?

1. Use the middle finger of your left hand to pull up the upper eyelid, and use the middle finger of your right hand to pull down the lower eyelid. Place the contact lens between the index fingers of your right hand. Please pay attention to the front and back of the contact lens. There should not be too much care solution on your fingers. (It is best to find a table with a mirror and support both hands on the table. In addition, it is easier to find contact lenses if they fall on the table than on the ground.)

2. Please place the lower edge of the contact lens inside the lower eyelid first, then gently lift up with your index finger, place the contact lens on the eyeball, gently release the upper and lower eyelids, close your eyes, and move your eyeballs up and down and left and right to make the contact lens and eyeball fit well, which will be more comfortable.

Wearing contact lenses for the first time can be a problem. In fact, as long as you pay attention to the following matters when wearing contact lenses, you can quickly put the glasses on your eyes.

1. Fully open the upper and lower eyelids to allow enough space for the lens to enter the eye.

2. Please do not open both lids at the same time to avoid swapping the lids.

3. You can apply facial makeup only after wearing lenses; you can remove facial makeup only after removing lenses.

4. Keep the fingers that wear glasses dry. If there is too much moisture on the fingertips of the fingers that wear glasses, the lenses will easily stick to the fingers when wearing glasses, making it difficult to put them into the eyes.

5. When wearing astigmatism lenses, please adjust the angle indicators at both ends of the lens and attach the lens to the cornea in a horizontal direction.

6. If the lens fails to enter the eye while wearing it, do not rush to wear it again, but rinse the lens thoroughly before wearing it again.

7. If you feel any irritation, please remove the lens and check again for dust or hair. Rinse it with full-function maintenance solution before wearing it again.
