What is the cause of pain in the back of the lungs

In fact, pain in the back of the lungs is not uncommon in life. Sometimes the pain can cause a lot of adverse effects on life and work, so we should also pay attention to the analysis of the causes. For example, pain caused by injury, spinal stenosis, poor posture, osteoarthritis and other diseases may cause this pain, so we should pay attention to the prevention of these diseases.

1. Injury

This is pain caused by excessive strain or injury to the back, which worsens at night and spreads to the buttocks or thighs. You should rest for a few days after a back muscle sprain and use painkillers if necessary.

2. Ankylosing spondylitis

Also known as spinal osteoarthritis, it is a relatively common disease that causes back pain, mainly manifested as pain, stiffness and tenderness in the back, buttocks or thighs; difficulty in turning or bending the back. The most common areas affected by ankylosing spondylitis are the spine and sacroiliac joints.

3. Herniated disc

A herniated disc is also called a prolapsed disc, herniated disc or slipped disc. It starts with sudden pain that radiates to one calf after lifting heavy objects, strenuous exercise, sprains, sneezing or coughing. The pain is aggravated by bending over and relieved by lying flat.

4. Kidney infection

Lower back pain, fever reaching or exceeding 38°C in the lower back, pain when urinating, and nausea or vomiting are all signs of a kidney infection.

5. Spinal stenosis

Pain in the back, buttocks, thighs, and calves when walking or climbing stairs, relieved by standing still or sitting. Appropriate weight loss and abdominal exercises under the guidance of a doctor may relieve symptoms.

6. Incorrect posture

After excluding the causes of disease, most people's back pain in life comes from poor posture, including standing and sitting. This may be related to work. In the past, jobs required more labor, but now in many work areas, employees only need to sit in the office for a long time with very little activity. Maintaining the same posture for a long time can easily cause local back pain.
