Will long-term depression and anger make you sick?

Depression is a disease that is very harmful to the patient's body, because most patients with severe depression will choose to commit suicide to end their lives. In fact, the reason why people get depression has a lot to do with their own psychology. When we are alone, we must learn to find happiness for ourselves and not think about messy things. This will prevent depression. So, will long-term depression and anger make you sick?

1. Pigmentation spots.

(It is said that the principle is this) When you are angry, a large amount of blood rushes to the head, so the oxygen in the blood decreases and the toxins increase. The toxins will stimulate the hair follicles, causing varying degrees of inflammation around the hair follicles, resulting in pigmentation problems. (That’s why women who are in a bad mood always look haggard and dry)

2. Accelerated aging of brain cells.

A large amount of blood rushes to the brain, which increases the pressure on the cerebral blood vessels. At this time, the blood contains the most toxins and the least oxygen, which is no less than a dose of "poison" to brain cells.

3. Gastric ulcer.

Anger can cause sympathetic nerve excitement and directly act on the heart and blood vessels, reducing blood flow in the gastrointestinal tract, slowing peristalsis, and worsening appetite. In severe cases, it can even cause gastric ulcers.

Afterwards, the pressure is relieved, blood flow speeds up, and people tend to get excited, which also causes disorders to various organs in the body.

4. Myocardial hypoxia.

A large amount of blood rushes to the brain and face, which reduces the blood supply to the heart and causes myocardial hypoxia. In order to meet the needs of the body, the heart has to work twice as hard, so the heartbeat becomes more irregular.

5. Damage to the liver.

When you are angry, the human body will secrete a substance called "catecholamine", which acts on the central nervous system, causing blood sugar to rise, fatty acid decomposition to increase, and toxins in the blood and liver cells to increase accordingly.

Suggestion: Drink a glass of water when you are angry. Water can promote the excretion of free fatty acids in the body and reduce toxicity.

6. Damage to the lungs.

When you are emotionally impulsive, your breathing will become rapid and you may even hyperventilate. The alveoli keep expanding and have no time to contract, so they cannot get the proper relaxation and rest, which endangers the health of the lungs.
