Knee replacement surgery refers to a method of replacing the human knee joint through medical techniques. An artificially synthesized kneecap is implanted into the human knee joint. It can treat knee joint injuries and help the body resume normal work and life. The success rate of knee replacement surgery is relatively high, and exercise can be performed after the surgery. Is knee replacement surgery successful? At this stage, the success rate of total knee replacement surgery is still relatively high. However, after the operation, if functional exercise and rehabilitation are not strictly performed, tendon adhesion may occur, affecting postoperative recovery. Introduction General data: There were 32 cases (38 knees) in this group, including 10 males and 22 females; the age ranged from 36 to 76 years, with an average age of 58.5 years. There were 25 cases of unilateral involvement and 7 cases of bilateral involvement; 25 cases of left knee involvement and 13 cases of right knee involvement; 23 cases of osteoarthritis, 7 cases of rheumatoid arthritis, and 2 cases of synovial chondromatosis. 1.2 Methods The surgery was performed by the same team of personnel under general or epidural anesthesia. The surgery was performed through a median incision of the knee joint, a medial parapatellar approach, incision of the joint capsule, cleaning of the synovium and osteophytes in the joint, and osteotomy and soft tissue balancing according to the different damage conditions of the joint. The proximal tibial bone defect was repaired with autologous tibial transplantation, and antibiotic bone cement was used to fix the prosthesis. The prostheses used were the company's CR prosthesis (6 cases) and Beijing Jinghang Company's PCA posterior cruciate ligament-retaining prosthesis (8 cases). After surgery, passive knee motion and CPM machine functional exercise were combined. Postoperative anticoagulation Total knee replacement is a major orthopedic surgery. Any causes of venous injury, venous blood flow stagnation and blood hypercoagulability are risk factors for venous thromboembolism (VTE). Such patients usually have risk factors such as older age, surgical repair and postoperative immobilization. Such patients are at extremely high risk of VTE. The risk of VTE is higher if a tumor is present at the same time. VTE is the third most common cardiovascular disease worldwide after coronary heart disease and stroke. A survey on the incidence of deep vein thrombosis after 407 total hip replacements, total knee replacements and hip fracture surgeries in 19 orthopedic centers in seven Asian countries showed that the incidence of deep vein thrombosis confirmed by venography was 43.2%. The results of research conducted by orthopedic experts in my country show that the incidence of DVT after major orthopedic surgery is 30.8%~58.2%, which is similar to that in foreign countries. For hospitalized patients, VTE risk factors should be routinely evaluated and targeted drug prevention and treatment measures should be taken. The anticoagulant drugs available for drug prevention measures include: Factor Xa inhibitors (such as apixaban), unfractionated heparin (UFH), low molecular weight heparin (LMWH), vitamin K antagonists, etc. |
