Material

40g flour, 20ml white vinegar (for long hair)

practice

1. Mix a little tap water and flour into a slurry without particles;

Remark

No other care is required after washing; flour is not restricted to any brand; buy white vinegar that means "brewed vinegar", do not buy chemical vinegar essence; the flour and water must be cooked, otherwise the powder particles will stick to the hair and cause tangles.

Homemade shampoo process and method: Ginseng shampoo

Material

300g of soap bean, 30g of angelica, 30g of almond, 30g of ephedra, 30g of angelica dahurica, 30g of Ligusticum chuanxiong, 20g of gypsum, 40g of raw coix seed, 1 root of ginseng (the most common one will do), some black sesame seeds

practice

Grind all the above materials into powder, simmer over low heat until the medicine becomes sticky and smooth. You can boil it twice to get the water, and use the remaining residue as bath liquid.

Remark

Add more water when boiling, remove the residue and take the liquid; this shampoo will not foam, just like good laundry detergent will not foam because it does not contain chemical ingredients; due to the high temperature, the shampoo needs to be stored in the refrigerator.
