Whether male or female, a normal person's breasts should be very soft. But men with pectoral muscles are excluded because the breasts of men with pectoral muscles feel particularly hard. Basically all women are very concerned about breast health issues because the incidence of breast cancer has been increasing year by year in recent years, and the mortality rate caused by breast cancer is also particularly high. So is it better for women to have soft breasts or firm breasts? Are soft or hard breasts better? Of course, it is better to have a firm chest! Soft chest means that you lack exercise or are fat, so you should do physical exercise regularly in the future, such as chest expansion exercises or push-ups. Over time, you will slowly become straighter! Persistence is the key! To know how to make breasts firmer, you need to understand the anatomy of the breasts. We all know that breasts contain mammary glands and fat. But do you know why breasts are divided into soft and hard types? Let's look at a breast from the outside to the inside. First, the skin. The skin on your breasts is different from the skin elsewhere on your body. The skin around the nipple and areola is the thinnest, has the richest nerve fibers, and is naturally the most sensitive. The skin gradually thickens from the nipple to the sides, and when it reaches the shallow groove around the breast, it is as thick as the skin on other parts of the body. The superficial fascia has two layers of fibers, the upper and lower layers. The two layers fuse at the edge of the breast, connecting to the superficial cervical fascia upwards and to the superficial fascia of the abdominal wall downwards. It is also connected to the pectoral fascia, the sternum on the inside and the deep fascia on the outside, and is also closely connected to the chest muscles. Fascia is connective tissue. It can be seen that the entire chest is connected together by fascia. Without fascia, it will fall off. Moreover, the more fat there is, the less developed the fascia is. In other words, the larger the chest, the weaker the connecting function of the fascia. Sagging is also inevitable. The highlight is below the superficial fascia. Beneath the superficial fascia are the ligaments. Ligaments are made of collagen fibers arranged in parallel. Very tight, but you can't touch it. The ligament also gradually becomes thicker from the nipple to the base. The function of the ligament is not just to provide support, but mainly to limit excessive movement of the breast. There is a little space between the breasts and the pectoral muscles. It contains connective tissue and also fat. Breast augmentation implants are usually placed in this gap. As we all know, the main structure that suspends the breast is the ligament. When the ligaments lose their elasticity, the breasts begin to sag. And fascia cannot prevent sagging. Although I have no literature support here, based on the limited information I have obtained, I believe that breast hardness mainly depends on fascia. When the fascia is well developed, the breasts will naturally feel hard. If there is too much fat and the fascia is underdeveloped, the breasts will become soft. Of course, it may also be related to skin thickness. It doesn't mean that the hard ones are breast type and the soft ones are fat type. |
