Face tightening exercise

Face tightening exercise

As we age, our skin begins to sag. Especially when facial expressions are rich, the muscles will form memory, which will lead to wrinkles. If you want to restore your skin's firmness, skin care products can indeed have a certain effect, but some simple exercises can also have good results if you stick to them for a long time. But you can't do facial firming exercises wrong, otherwise your skin will become more and more loose.

1. Clear facial contour action: clench your teeth, and use your index, middle and ring fingers to find the masseter muscle (the bulging part of the cheeks when you clench your teeth). With the help of the reaction force, press inwards with force, and the masseter muscle will push the fingers pressing inwards outwards. Function: This can exercise the contour from the back of the ear to the jaw, help tighten the jaw, and lift the facial skin.

2. To tighten the fat on the chin: Open your mouth, use your index finger, middle finger, and ring finger to support your chin, and try to lift your mouth up to close it, while keeping your mouth open as much as possible. Function: Lift the entire chin and tighten the fat under the chin. It is particularly effective for people with double chins.

3. The action to make the nasolabial folds disappear is: purse your lips into a round shape, place your index and middle fingers on the upper lip, and forcefully open your mouth in an outward and upward direction while pursing your lips as tightly as possible. Function: It helps to exercise the muscles of our upper lip and can improve the phenomenon of sagging and deepening of nasolabial folds.

4. To create charming electric eyes: close your eyes, place your index finger on the entire eye lid, and then open your eyes forcefully. Function: To exercise the muscles of the upper eyelids and prevent sunken eyes caused by aging.

5. To make the eyes more expressive: Place your index finger below the brow bone and your thumb above the lower orbital bone, use force to open your eyes while keeping them closed as much as possible. Function: This helps exercise the entire orbital bone.

6. Movement to make the forehead smooth and flat: Place your hands above your eyebrows, pull your forehead upward with force, and look downward as much as possible. Function: This will exercise the entire forehead and help lift the muscles from the temples to the forehead.

7. To make the texture between eyebrows disappear, do the following: When your brows are frowned, use your index and middle fingers to push open the frowning area while frowning hard at the same time. Function: This helps to lift the center point of our face from the corner of the mouth to the bun.
