1. Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy is best for patients with mild depression, those in remission, and those with chronic depression.

2. Electroconvulsive therapy

Eat more calcium-containing foods, such as soybeans and soy products, red dates, leeks, celery, garlic sprouts, fish, shrimps, sesame seeds, rock sugar, honey, walnuts, bananas, milk, etc. Avoid alcohol, coffee and other foods. If you overuse your brain before a meal, are emotionally excited or angry during a meal, or use your brain or work hard immediately after a meal, it will not be conducive to the disappearance of symptoms.

7. Read more books. Reading is beneficial. Reading more books on psychology, philosophy, Taoism, and Buddhism can improve our wisdom, allow us to have a deeper understanding of ourselves and life, and transcend the limitations of past thinking.

8. Self-massage and rub Guanyuan: overlap your hands and press them on the Guanyuan acupoint, rotating clockwise and counterclockwise for fifty circles each, from light to heavy, from slow to fast.
